Oak Aged Wee Heavy

Winter Ale

Style: Wee Heavy
Description: This traditional Scottish-Style Ale is all you need to keep warm through a NY winter. We use the finest Barley Malt to capture the earthy flavor associated with imported Scotch ales and single malt scotches. We then use a 2-hour boiling process to produce the fine amber color and caramel flavor. A gentle hop addition is used to balance the elevated alcohol content of this hearty winter ale. We then aged the beer for 2 weeks on oak chips and leave the beer unfiltered for an even smoother finish.

Christmas Ale

Style: Spiced Red Ale
Description: Our Christmas Ale is a lightly spiced red ale that is sure to put your customers in the holiday spirit. It has a wonderful aroma that will have their minds racing back in time, right into Grandma’s kitchen during the holidays. The flavor starts with a hint of malty sweetness that fades to a full, spicy character. We use a combination of four spices and vanilla to give this beer its complex flavor. Yes, it will put them in the spirit, but it won’t let you forget they’re drinking a truly fine ale!
